• Professional details (role, team, organization, federation)
• Information you provide when requesting demo access
• Fit Match information: player name, current club, league, position, whether you are the player or an authorised representative, and your result or review interactions
• Adult-status and processing confirmations; optional marketing consent is recorded separately
• Baseball performance information published by leagues, federations, clubs, and other lawful public sources
• Technical information such as IP address and browser user-agent (for security and compliance)

We process your data only for the following purposes:

• Providing password-protected demo access
• Contacting you about your request for demo access
• Resolving the player identity you submit and providing or manually reviewing a Fit Match result
• Comparing player performance, role, club needs, and league environments using Statbase metrics and league benchmarking
• Contacting you about the specific Fit Match review you request
• Improving our services and understanding demand
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws

We rely on the legal basis appropriate to each activity: steps you request before a possible service relationship where applicable (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); our legitimate interests in securing, improving, and operating a baseball intelligence service using lawfully available professional performance information (Article 6(1)(f)); and your consent for optional marketing (Article 6(1)(a)). We balance legitimate interests against the rights of the people concerned.

You can withdraw consent or object to processing at any time by contacting daily@buseedo.com.

We keep demo and Fit Match requests and contact details for up to 12 months after your last interaction with us, unless a valid deletion, restriction, or objection request applies earlier or continued retention is legally required. Optional marketing preferences are retained until consent is withdrawn, with a limited suppression record where necessary to honour your choice. Technical and anti-abuse records are retained for shorter periods where practical. Fit Match verification codes expire after 10 minutes. Stale challenge records are kept on a short retention cycle and removed during routine cleanup.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, or object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability and to withdraw consent. You may also ask us to correct, annotate, or remove a public player profile or challenge a Fit Match result. To exercise your rights, please contact daily@buseedo.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In France, you can contact the CNIL.

We may store data with trusted third-party providers in the European Union. If data is transferred outside the EU, we ensure appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Fit Match is an informational statistical comparison. It uses proprietary signals including Player Value Index (PVI), Player Fit Index (PFI), Team Power, role and workload context, and league benchmarks. We expose only a simplified score, confidence band, and high-level reasons in the public preview, not the underlying formula, private roster data, or the full match matrix.

A result estimates sporting fit; it does not mean that a club has an opening, has expressed interest, or will make an offer. Submitting the form does not trigger automatic club contact. Any requested review and any later outreach are handled by a person. Fit Match does not make a decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects for the player.

The public preview is for adults only. Profiles with an unknown date of birth and players known to be under 18 are excluded from public lookup.

Essential storage supports security and your privacy choices. Analytics and performance measurement load only after you enable the Analytics category in the cookie controls. Fit Match's optional product-update checkbox is separate from both analytics consent and the processing required to answer your request.
